A delicious beef tartare served with rye bread.
Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Serving Size: 2-4 servings
Ingredients:
- 200 g high-quality beef (e.g., tenderloin)
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp capers
- 1 tbsp red onion, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Rye bread or toasted bread slices for serving
Instructions:
1. Choose fresh and high-quality beef, and cut it into small cubes.
2. In a mixing bowl, add the beef, egg yolk, Dijon mustard, and olive oil. Mix well.
3. Incorporate the chopped capers, red onion, and parsley. Season with salt and pepper.
4. Carefully combine all the ingredients until well mixed.
5. Serve the tartare immediately with rye bread or toasted bread slices.
