A delightful rice dish with smoked salmon and fresh herbs.

Ingredients:
- 1 dl rice
- 2 dl water
- 1 dl cream
- 100 g smoked salmon
- 1 red onion
- 1 dl fresh dill
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lemon juice
Instructions:
1. Cook the rice in water according to package instructions.
2. Peel and finely chop the red onion.
3. Dice the smoked salmon into small pieces.
4. In a bowl, combine the cooked rice, cream, salmon pieces, chopped onion, and dill.
5. Season the mixture with salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
6. Serve immediately warm or let it cool and serve cold.
