Ingredients:

- 1 bottle of red wine (such as Tempranillo or Garnacha)
- 1/4 cup brandy
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 orange, sliced
- 1 lime, sliced
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 1 apple, diced
- 1/2 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1/2 cup soda water or lemon-lime soda
- Ice

Instructions:

1. Pour the red wine, brandy, orange juice, and sugar into a large bowl or pitcher.
2. Add the sliced fruits (orange, lime, lemon, apple, and strawberries) to the mixture.
3. Stir well and let the mixture chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to meld.
4. Before serving, add the soda water or lemon-lime soda and ice.
5. Serve in tall glasses and garnish with fresh fruit if desired.
