A refreshing and citrusy white sangria, perfect for summer days or special occasions.
Preparation time: Under 30 minutes. Serving size: 4-6 servings.
Ingredients:
- 1 bottle of white wine (e.g., Sauvignon Blanc)
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup brandy
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 orange, sliced
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 1 lime, sliced
- 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves
- 1-2 cups sparkling water or tonic water
- Ice
Instructions:
1. Pour the white wine, orange juice, lemon juice, and brandy into a large pitcher.
2. Add the sugar and stir until it dissolves.
3. Incorporate the sliced orange, lemon, and lime, along with the mint leaves.
4. Let the mixture chill in the refrigerator for about 15-20 minutes.
5. Serve the sangria over ice and add sparkling water or tonic water to taste before serving.
