Enjoy a delightful summer evening with friends with this recipe that brings the delicious flavors of crabs to the table, perfectly complemented by refreshing snaps.

Ingredients:

- 1 kg fresh crabs
- 2 liters water
- 3 tbsp salt
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 dl dill stems
- 1 dl snaps (such as local spirits or flavored snaps)
- 1 lemon, sliced
- Rye bread for serving
- Butter for serving

Instructions:

1. Bring the water to a boil in a large pot. Add salt, sugar, and dill stems.
2. Once the water is boiling, add the crabs to the pot and cook for about 8-10 minutes.
3. Remove the pot from heat and let the crabs cool in the broth for about 15 minutes.
4. Drain the crabs and serve them on a plate with lemon slices.
5. Serve the snaps ice-cold alongside rye bread and butter.
