A refreshing and delicious cocktail pasta inspired by the Rennon Beach Party theme, perfect for summer gatherings.

Ingredients:

- 300 g pasta (e.g., penne or fusilli)
- 200 g cherry tomatoes
- 150 g mozzarella balls
- 100 g black olives
- 1 dl fresh basil
- 1 dl olive oil
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions in salted water. Drain and cool.
2. Halve the cherry tomatoes and mozzarella balls.
3. In a bowl, combine the cooled pasta, tomatoes, mozzarella, and olives.
4. Add chopped basil, olive oil, and balsamic vinegar. Mix well.
5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Serve immediately or let it marinate in the fridge before serving.
