A delightful rice dish with dried fruits and nuts, perfect for Ramadan celebrations.

Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 2 dl rice
- 4 dl water
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 dl dried fruits (e.g., apricots, figs)
- 1 dl nuts (e.g., almonds, walnuts)
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions:
1. Rinse the rice under cold water and drain it.
2. Bring the water to a boil in a pot, then add the salt and rice.
3. Reduce heat and cover the pot; let it simmer for about 15-20 minutes until the water is absorbed and the rice is cooked.
4. Stir in the dried fruits, nuts, cinnamon, honey, and olive oil into the cooked rice.
5. Mix gently and let it sit for an additional 5-10 minutes to meld the flavors.
6. Serve warm and enjoy the delicious flavors!
