Ingredients:
- 100 g butter- 100 g sugar
- 1 egg
- 200 g all-purpose flour
- 50 g cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 100 g chocolate (such as festive chocolate or milk chocolate)
- A pinch of salt
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, beat the room temperature butter and sugar together until well combined.2. Add the egg and mix until smooth.
3. In another bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture and mix until a consistent dough forms.
4. Melt the chocolate using a double boiler or microwave, then add it to the dough. Mix well.
5. Shape the dough into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving space between each cookie as they will spread while baking.
6. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 10-12 minutes. Allow to cool before serving.
