This delicious and spicy fresh pasta is a perfect meal that combines a creamy curry sauce with fresh ingredients. Preparation Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients
- 250 g durum wheat flour- 2 eggs
- 100 ml heavy cream
- 1 tsp curry paste
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 tbsp oil
- 200 ml crushed tomatoes
- ½ tsp sugar
- 1 jalapeño
- Fresh basil leaves (to taste)
- ½ tsp harissa
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- 1 onion
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
- 10 capers
Instructions
1. Prepare the pasta: In a bowl, mix the durum wheat flour and eggs until the dough is smooth. Knead the dough for about 5 minutes until it is elastic. Cover the dough ball with plastic wrap and let it rest for 15 minutes.2. Roll the pasta into a thin sheet and cut it into your desired shapes.
3. Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat and add the chopped onion. Sauté for a few minutes until the onion is soft.
4. Add the jalapeño, curry paste, harissa, and paprika powder. Stir and cook for another minute.
5. Add the crushed tomatoes, tomato paste, heavy cream, sugar, and salt. Let the sauce simmer for about 10 minutes.
6. Cook the pasta in salted water for about 3-4 minutes or until al dente. Drain the pasta and add it to the sauce.
7. Mix in the capers and basil leaves. Serve immediately.
