A healthy and delicious dish featuring local chicken, perfect for the whole family. Preparation time is approximately 30 minutes, serving size is 4.Ingredients:
- 400 g local chicken fillets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 bell pepper
- 200 g fresh green beans
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika powder
- 150 g sour cream
- 1 dl fresh parsley
Instructions:
1. Slice the chicken fillets into strips and season with salt, black pepper, and paprika powder.
2. Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the chicken strips and cook until golden brown.
3. Finely chop the onion and garlic. Add them to the pan and sauté for a moment.
4. Cut the bell pepper into strips and add it to the pan. Cook for a few more minutes.
5. Add the green beans and mix well. Cook for another 5-7 minutes until the beans are tender.
6. Serve the dish with sour cream and fresh parsley.
