A simple and delicious ground beef soup, perfect for busy weekdays. It comes together quickly and is loved by the whole family! Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Serving Size: 4-6 servings
Ingredients:
- 400 g lean ground beef
- 500 g potato-onion mix (frozen)
- 1 pack frozen mixed vegetables (including carrots, cauliflower, etc.)
- 1/2 pack Paprika Koskenlaskija cheese
- 1 l water
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp oil for frying
Instructions:
1. Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat.
2. Add the ground beef and brown it until fully cooked.
3. Stir in the potato-onion mix and frozen vegetables into the pot. Mix well.
4. Pour the water into the pot and bring the mixture to a boil.
5. Lower the heat and let the soup simmer gently for about 10 minutes, until the potatoes are tender.
6. Add the Paprika Koskenlaskija cheese and mix well. Season with salt and pepper.
7. Allow the soup to simmer for a few more minutes before serving.
