Ingredients:

- 1 baguette or ciabatta bread
- 200 g chicken liver pâté
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 garlic clove
- Fresh rosemary or thyme (for garnish)
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
2. Slice the bread into 1 cm thick pieces.
3. Place the bread slices on a baking sheet and brush the tops with olive oil.
4. Toast the bread slices in the oven for about 5-7 minutes, until golden brown and crispy.
5. Rub the toasted bread slices with the garlic clove.
6. Spread the chicken liver pâté evenly on top of the toasted bread slices.
7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
8. Garnish with fresh rosemary or thyme sprigs.
9. Serve immediately and enjoy with wine tastings.
