Ingredients:
- 2 apples
- 1 pomegranate
- 2 pinches of cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- Baguette (about 4 slices)
Instructions:
1. Peel and dice the apples into small cubes.
2. Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat.
3. Add the apple cubes to the skillet and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
4. Sauté the apples for about 5 minutes until they are soft and caramelized.
5. Toast the baguette slices in the oven or on a skillet until golden brown.
6. Open the pomegranate and separate the seeds.
7. Spread the sautéed apples on the toasted baguette slices and sprinkle with pomegranate seeds.
8. Serve immediately and enjoy this delicious combination!
