Ingredients:
- 200 g pasta (e.g., spaghetti or penne)
- 1 can of tuna in oil or water (about 200 g)
- 50 g grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Fresh basil (optional)
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions in salted water. Drain and reserve a little cooking water.
2. Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until golden brown.
3. Add the drained tuna to the pan and mix well. Heat for a few minutes.
4. Add the cooked pasta to the pan and stir. If the pasta seems dry, add a little reserved cooking water.
5. Season with salt and black pepper. Finally, stir in the grated Parmesan and let it melt.
6. Serve the portions immediately and garnish with fresh basil if desired.
