Ingredients:
- 2 large sweet potatoes - 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions:
1. Peel the sweet potatoes and cut them into thin strips. 2. Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F).
3. In a bowl, toss the sweet potato strips with olive oil, salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, and garlic powder until well coated.
4. Spread the sweet potato strips evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
5. Bake in the oven for about 20-25 minutes until golden brown and crispy, flipping the fries halfway through the cooking time.
6. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
