A delicious and hearty lasagna made with tuna, tomato, and a creamy cheese sauce.

Serving Size: 6 servings
Ingredients:
- 2 large tomatoes
- 8 whole grain lasagna sheets
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 1 can of crushed tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon of margarine
- 5 cups of milk
- 3 cans of tuna in water
- 2 tablespoons of flour
- 100 g grated cheese
- Salt and oregano to taste
Instructions:
1. Drain the tuna well and place it in a bowl.
2. Add crushed tomatoes, minced garlic, salt, and oregano to the bowl. Mix well.
3. Heat margarine in a saucepan. Add flour and stir. Gradually pour in the milk while continuously stirring until the mixture thickens.
4. Add the grated cheese to the hot sauce and stir until the cheese melts.
5. Grease a baking dish. Layer lasagna sheets at the bottom, followed by a layer of the tuna mixture, then cheese sauce. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used.
6. Finish with a layer of cheese sauce and sprinkle additional grated cheese on top.
7. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 30-40 minutes until the top is golden brown.
8. Let the lasagna rest for a moment before serving. Enjoy!
