A tasty tuna lasagna that combines delicious ingredients and is a perfect option for a weeknight dinner. It doesn't take long to prepare and is sure to please the whole family.

Ingredients

- 2 dl all-purpose flour
- 1.5 cans sliced mushrooms
- 250 g light cream cheese
- 1 can lasagna sheets
- 4 dl crushed tomatoes
- 4 dl skim milk
- 3 cans tuna in water (canned)
- 2 carrots

Instructions

1. Tuna Sauce:
- Open the cans of tuna and drain the liquid.
- Grate the carrots finely.
- Heat a little oil in a pan and add the tuna, mushrooms, crushed tomatoes, and grated carrots.
- Mix well and season to taste with salt and pepper.
2. Cheese Sauce:
- Pour half of the milk into a saucepan and add the flour.
- Heat the mixture while stirring constantly until it thickens.
- Add the cream cheese and the remaining milk. Stir until the cheese sauce is smooth.
3. Assemble the Lasagna:
- Grease a baking dish. Place a layer of lasagna sheets at the bottom.
- Add a layer of the tuna sauce followed by a layer of the cheese sauce.
- Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with the cheese sauce on top.
4. Bake the Lasagna:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Bake the lasagna in the oven for about 25-30 minutes until the top is beautifully golden brown.
5. Serve:
- Let the lasagna rest for a moment before serving. Cut into portions and enjoy!
