Ingredients:

- 2 cans of oil-packed tuna, drained
- 100 g smoked salmon, chopped
- A handful of fresh dill, chopped
- A pinch of chili flakes
- Black pepper, to taste
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons of rice flour
- Oil for frying

Instructions:

1. In a bowl, combine the drained tuna.
2. Add the chopped smoked salmon to the bowl and mix well.
3. Incorporate the egg, dill, chili flakes, and black pepper; stir until combined.
4. Gradually mix in the rice flour until the mixture forms a consistent batter.
5. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
6. Use a tablespoon to scoop the mixture and shape it into flat patties.
7. Fry the patties in the hot oil until golden brown and crispy on both sides.
