Ingredients:

- 4 bell peppers (e.g., red or yellow)
- 300 g ground meat (beef or chicken)
- 1 cup rice (e.g., basmati or long-grain)
- 1 onion
- 2-3 garlic cloves
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 cup grated cheese (e.g., mozzarella or cheddar)
- 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
2. Cook the rice according to package instructions and set aside to cool.
3. Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic. Sauté them in olive oil in a pan over medium heat until softened.
4. Add the ground meat to the pan and cook until browned. Season with salt, black pepper, and oregano.
5. Mix the cooked rice and tomato sauce into the meat mixture.
6. Cut the tops off the peppers and remove the seeds. Fill the peppers with the rice and meat mixture.
7. Place the stuffed peppers in a baking dish and sprinkle grated cheese on top.
8. Bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes, until the peppers are tender and the cheese is melted and golden.
9. Serve warm.
