A delicious family-friendly meal that combines a flavorful tomato sauce with pulled oats, ready in just half an hour.

Serving Size: 4 servings

Ingredients:

- 1 onion
- 3 garlic cloves
- 2 celery stalks
- 2 carrots
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 400 g crushed tomatoes
- 250 g pulled oats
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions:

1. Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic. Dice the celery and carrots into small cubes.
2. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic, sauté for about 3–4 minutes.
3. Add the celery and carrots, continue to sauté for another 5 minutes until the vegetables soften.
4. Stir in the crushed tomatoes and pulled oats. Mix well and let simmer on low heat for about 10 minutes.
5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Serve over pasta and garnish with fresh basil.
