A simple and delicious pasta dish that quickly comes together using ready-made pulled pork. Perfect for using up leftover ingredients and enjoyable for the whole family. Preparation time: 20 minutes

Ingredients
- 400 g tagliatelle pasta - 1 can pulled pork
- 4 cloves garlic
- About 50 g grated Parmesan cheese
- Olive oil
- Fresh coriander
- Black pepper
Instructions
1. Cook the pasta in a large pot of boiling water for about half the time indicated on the package.2. Mince the garlic and sauté it in olive oil in a skillet for a few minutes until fragrant.
3. Add the pulled pork and its sauce to the skillet with the sautéed garlic.
4. Pour about 2 dl of the pasta cooking water into the skillet and let the mixture simmer.
5. Once the pasta is ready, drain it and add it to the skillet.
6. Toss the pasta with the pork and sauce until well combined.
7. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and season with black pepper.
8. Serve garnished with fresh coriander.
