A simple and deliciously different ground beef soup perfect for autumn evenings. Comfortingly spicy!

Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 400 g ground beef
- 1 large onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 carrots
- 2 potatoes
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 can crushed tomatoes
- 1 liter beef broth
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
1. Peel and chop the onion, garlic, carrots, potatoes, and red bell pepper.
2. Heat the oil in a large pot and add the ground beef. Brown the meat lightly.
3. Add the chopped onions and garlic to the pot. Sauté until the onions are soft.
4. Stir in the carrots, potatoes, and bell pepper. Mix well.
5. Pour in the crushed tomatoes and beef broth. Stir and allow the soup to simmer on low heat for about 20 minutes.
6. Season the soup with paprika, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Let the flavors meld for a few more minutes.
7. Serve the hot soup garnished with fresh parsley.
