A delicious cheesecake perfect for any celebration. Preparation Time: 20 minutes

Serving Size: 8 servings
Ingredients:
- 200 g digestive biscuits
- 100 g butter (melted)
- 400 g cream cheese
- 200 g sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla sugar
- 3 eggs
- 200 g cream
- 100 g berries (e.g., strawberries or blueberries)
Instructions:
1. Crumble the digestive biscuits and mix them with the melted butter. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a springform pan to create a crust.
2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla sugar until smooth. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
3. Pour in the cream and stir until the mixture is uniform.
4. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the biscuit base and smooth the top.
5. Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C (350°F) for about 40-50 minutes, or until the filling is set.
6. Allow the cheesecake to cool at room temperature, then transfer it to the refrigerator for at least a few hours.
7. Before serving, decorate with fresh berries.
