Delicious cake pops made from cake and cream cheese, coated in chocolate and decorated with sprinkles. Preparation Time: 1 hour
Serving Size: 12 pops
Ingredients:
- 200 g cake (chocolate or vanilla)
- 100 g cream cheese
- 200 g melted chocolate (white or dark)
- Chocolate chips or sprinkles for decoration
- Cake pop sticks
Instructions:
1. Crumble the cake into a bowl and mix in the cream cheese until the mixture is smooth.
2. Shape the mixture into small balls and place them in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to firm up.
3. Melt the chocolate in a double boiler or microwave.
4. Remove the balls from the refrigerator and dip the top of each ball into the melted chocolate.
5. Insert a stick into the center of each ball and return them to the refrigerator until the chocolate hardens.
6. Decorate the cake pops with chocolate chips or sprinkles before the chocolate sets.
7. Let them dry and serve beautifully arranged.
