Delicious Mokkapala Cakepops combine the traditional taste of Mokkapala with the fun format of cake pops. Perfect for any celebration!

Ingredients

For the Cake:
- 100 g butter
- 2 eggs
- 1.5 dl sugar
- 2.5 dl all-purpose flour
- 1.5 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1.5 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 1 dl milk
For the Frosting:
- 50 g butter
- 400 g powdered sugar
- At least 1.5 dl coffee (add more liquid, like milk, if needed)
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 2 tsp vanilla sugar
- Sprinkles or nonpareils for decoration

Instructions

1. Melt the butter and let it cool.
2. Whisk the eggs and sugar until frothy.
3. Mix the dry ingredients together and alternately add them with the milk to the batter.
4. Stir in the melted butter.
5. Spoon the batter into a cake pop mold and cover with the lid.
6. Bake at 200°C (400°F) for about 10 minutes, or until the cake pops have risen.
7. For the frosting, melt the butter and add the other ingredients in a pot. Stir until the mixture is smooth and pourable.
8. Dip a stick into the frosting and then insert it into a cake pop.
9. Drizzle frosting over the cake pop and immediately sprinkle nonpareils on top. Let them set.
