These brownies are infused with delicious After Eight chocolates, bringing a delightful mint flavor to the batter. The perfect treat for a sweet craving!

Ingredients:

- 200 g After Eight chocolates
- 150 g butter
- 2 dl sugar
- 3 eggs
- 4 dl all-purpose flour
- 1 dl cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- A pinch of salt

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Melt the butter in a saucepan and add the sugar. Stir until the sugar dissolves.
3. Remove the saucepan from heat and let the mixture cool slightly. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
4. In a separate bowl, combine the dry ingredients (flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, vanilla sugar, and salt).
5. Add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture and stir until smooth.
6. Pour part of the batter onto the baking sheet and spread it evenly. Place the After Eight chocolates on top of the batter.
7. Pour the remaining batter over the chocolates, ensuring they are completely covered.
8. Bake in the oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until the brownies are cooked through. Allow to cool before cutting.
