A delightful treat, beautifully decorated Cake Pops that are perfect for parties and special occasions. Easy to make and fun to eat!
Preparation Time: 1 hour
Serving Size: About 20 pieces
Ingredients:
- 1 package of ready-made cake (e.g., vanilla or chocolate)
- 200 g cream cheese
- 200 g melted chocolate (white or milk chocolate)
- 1 tablespoon butter
- Candy melts for decoration (optional)
- Sticks or lollipop sticks
- Decorations (nonpareils, sprinkles, etc.)
Instructions:
1. Crumble the ready-made cake into a bowl.
2. Mix in the cream cheese until the mixture is smooth and moldable.
3. Shape the mixture into small balls (about 2.5 cm in diameter).
4. Place the balls in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to firm up.
5. Melt the chocolate and butter in the microwave or using a double boiler.
6. Remove the balls from the refrigerator and dip their centers into the melted chocolate, then insert a stick into each ball.
7. Allow the chocolate to set for a moment.
8. Decorate the Cake Pops as desired and let them cool completely.
9. Serve at parties or enjoy them yourself!
