A mouthwatering alternative to traditional beef burgers, these chicken burgers are juicy, spicy, and easy to make. - Preparation Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients:
- 500 g chicken fillet - 1 dl breadcrumbs
- 1 dl grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 large onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 4 burger buns
- Lettuce, tomato, and mayonnaise for serving
Instructions:
1. Finely chop the chicken fillet, onion, and garlic using a food processor. 2. In a bowl, mix the chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, onion, garlic, egg, salt, and spices.
3. Knead the mixture by hand until smooth.
4. Shape the mixture into four patties.
5. Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add a little oil.
6. Cook the patties for about 5-7 minutes on each side until they are cooked through and golden brown.
7. Lightly toast the burger buns in the pan.
8. Assemble the burgers: place a patty between the bun and add lettuce, tomato, and mayonnaise.
9. Serve immediately and enjoy!
