Ingredients

- 200 g vanilla ice cream
- 150 g mixed berries (such as strawberries and blueberries)
- 100 g cake (such as sponge cake or brownies)
- 50 g chocolate (melted)
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

1. Crumble the cake into small pieces and place them in a serving dish.
2. Add the berries on top and sprinkle the sugar and vanilla sugar over them.
3. Scoop the vanilla ice cream over the cake and berries.
4. Drizzle the melted chocolate over the ice cream.
5. Garnish with fresh mint leaves.
6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
