Serving Size: 8-10 servings

Ingredients:

- 1 package of light bread (e.g., sandwich bread)
- 200 g fresh goat cheese (or chèvre)
- 200 g sour cream
- 100 g prosciutto
- 100 g sun-dried tomatoes
- Fresh herbs (e.g., basil or thyme) for garnish

Instructions:

1. Prepare the filling by mixing the goat cheese and sour cream in a bowl until smooth.
2. Chop the sun-dried tomatoes into small pieces and add them to the filling along with the prosciutto. Mix well.
3. Place the first layer of bread on a serving platter and spread one-third of the filling on top.
4. Add the second layer of bread on top of the filling and repeat the layers until all the filling and bread are used. Finish with the top layer of bread.
5. Cover the cake with plastic wrap and let it chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
6. Before serving, garnish the cake with fresh herbs.
