Delicious Meatballs

These tasty meatballs are a perfect addition to the dinner table. They are easy to make and loved by the whole family. Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 500 g ground beef (or pork)
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 dl breadcrumbs
- 1 dl milk
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 dl fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 tbsp olive oil for frying
Instructions:
1. Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
2. Sauté the onion and garlic in the pan until they are soft. Remove from heat and let cool.
3. In a bowl, mix together the ground meat, sautéed onions, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, salt, pepper, oregano, and parsley.
4. Shape the mixture into meatballs about the size of a golf ball.
5. Fry the meatballs in the pan for about 10-12 minutes, until golden brown and cooked through.
6. Serve the meatballs with mashed potatoes or pasta.
