A delicious traditional dish that combines veal, heavy cream, and dill. This recipe is perfect for treating yourself or impressing your guests with a flavorful meal. Preparation Time: 1 hour

Ingredients:
- 500 g veal (or pork)
- 1 dl heavy cream
- 1 dl water
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 1 dl fresh dill, chopped
- 2 egg yolks
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Butter for frying
Instructions:
1. Cut the veal into strips and season with salt and pepper.
2. Brown the meat in butter in a pan until golden.
3. Add the water to the pan and let the meat simmer over low heat for about 30 minutes.
4. Stir in the heavy cream, mustard, and dill. Allow to simmer gently.
5. Separate the egg yolks and add them to the sauce, mixing well.
6. Let the pot cook for a few more minutes until the sauce thickens.
7. Serve the Tilliliha with potatoes or rice.
