This delicious pasta dish comes together quickly and is perfect for busy moments. Enjoy it during the week or on weekends!

Ingredients:
- 200 g pasta (e.g., spaghetti or fusilli)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 200 g cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 dl fresh basil, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta in salted water according to the package instructions. Drain and reserve a little cooking water.
2. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the crushed garlic and sauté for about a minute until golden brown.
3. Add the halved cherry tomatoes to the skillet and cook for about 5 minutes until they soften.
4. Combine the cooked pasta with the tomato mixture. Add the fresh basil and mix well. If the pasta seems dry, add a little reserved cooking water.
5. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve with grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
