Ingredients:

- 300 g pasta (e.g., spaghetti or fusilli)
- 200 g fresh spinach leaves
- 100 g fresh basil leaves
- 50 g Parmesan cheese (grated)
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
- 50 ml olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Handful of pine nuts (toasted, optional)

Instructions:

1. Cook the pasta in salted water according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain the pasta and reserve a little cooking water.
2. Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about a minute until golden brown.
3. Add the spinach and basil to the pan. Cook until the greens are wilted and tender.
4. Toss the cooked pasta with the vegetable mixture. Add a bit of reserved cooking water if necessary to keep the pasta from being dry.
5. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
