This refreshing and healthy blueberry-banana smoothie is the perfect breakfast or snack. It's easy to make and packed with vitamins and antioxidants. Preparation Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:
- 2 bananas
- 2 cups blueberries (fresh or frozen)
- 1 cup yogurt (coconut or plain)
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
- 1 cup milk (or plant-based milk)
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)
- Ice cubes (optional)
Instructions:
1. Peel the bananas and cut them into pieces.
2. Place all the ingredients into a blender.
3. Blend until smooth.
4. If you prefer a thicker consistency, add ice cubes and blend again.
5. Pour the smoothie into glasses and serve immediately.
