A delicious black pasta dish perfect for enjoying time with friends. Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 400 g black pasta - 200 g cherry tomatoes
- 150 g black olives
- 100 g feta cheese
- 1 dl olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions:
1. Cook the black pasta according to the package instructions until al dente.2. Meanwhile, peel and chop the garlic cloves. Heat the olive oil in a pan and add the garlic. Sauté quickly until golden brown.
3. Add halved cherry tomatoes and black olives to the pan. Cook for a few minutes until the tomatoes soften.
4. Drain the cooked pasta and add it to the pan. Mix well.
5. Crumble feta cheese into the pasta mixture and season with salt and black pepper.
6. Serve the portions garnished with fresh basil.
