Ingredients:
- 1 kg chicken wings
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 dl buffalo sauce (e.g., BBQ or hot sauce)
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
2. Rinse the chicken wings under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.
3. Place the wings in a large bowl and add the oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika. Mix well to ensure all wings are coated with the seasonings.
4. Arrange the seasoned wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
5. Bake the wings in the oven for about 40-45 minutes, turning them halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy.
6. Remove the wings from the oven and pour the buffalo sauce over them. Toss well to evenly coat the wings with the sauce.
7. Serve warm with cider and candles for a delightful evening.
