This delicious mushroom saute is a perfect side dish or light main course. It's quick and easy to prepare, making it ideal for both everyday meals and special occasions.Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 500 g fresh mushrooms- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 100 ml cream
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon thyme
- 50 g grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
1. Clean the mushrooms and slice them.2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté until soft.
3. Add the minced garlic and cook for another minute.
4. Add the mushrooms and sauté for about 5-7 minutes until they are golden brown.
5. Pour the cream over the mushroom mixture and stir well. Season with salt, black pepper, and thyme. Let it simmer for about 5 minutes.
6. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the saute and gently mix.
7. Serve warm, garnished with fresh parsley.
