Ingredients:
- Smoked salmon
- A couple of slices of rye bread
- A couple of eggs
- Lettuce
- Red onion
- Tomato
- Cucumber
Dressing:
- About 200 ml of Turkish yogurt
- 3 tablespoons of fresh dill (or a couple of teaspoons dried)
- Juice of ½ lemon
- 1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard
- Salt
- White pepper
Instructions:
1. First, prepare the dressing by mixing all the dressing ingredients together. Place the dressing in the refrigerator to let the flavors meld for a while.
2. Boil the eggs until hard.
3. Cut the rye bread slices into small pieces and toast them in oil in a hot pan until crispy.
4. Remove bones from the smoked salmon and slice the red onion, tomatoes, and cucumber. Wash and tear the lettuce.
5. Combine the lettuce, red onion, tomatoes, and cucumber in a bowl. Add the dressing and mix well.
6. Serve the salad on plates and top with smoked salmon, croutons, and egg wedges.
