Ingredients:
- 400 g sliced Christmas ham
- 200 g fresh figs, halved
- 100 g panko breadcrumbs
- 50 g butter, melted
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp fresh thyme, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
2. In a bowl, mix the melted butter, honey, thyme, salt, and pepper.
3. Add the panko breadcrumbs to the mixture and stir well until all pieces are coated.
4. Place the slices of ham on a baking sheet and top with the halved figs.
5. Evenly sprinkle the panko mixture over the figs and ham.
6. Bake in the oven for about 15-20 minutes or until the panko topping is golden brown and crispy.
7. Serve warm.
