Ingredients:
- 4 large potatoes
- 200 g Christmas ham (diced)
- 100 g horseradish cream cheese
- 1 dl cream
- 1 dl grated cheese (e.g., Emmental)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley (for garnish, optional)
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F).
2. Wash the potatoes thoroughly and poke a few holes in their skins with a fork.
3. Bake the potatoes in the oven for about 45-60 minutes, until they are soft.
4. Meanwhile, prepare the ham filling: mix the diced ham, horseradish cream cheese, cream, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
5. Once the potatoes are cooked, remove them from the oven and carefully cut them in half.
6. Spoon the ham filling onto the halves of the potatoes and sprinkle grated cheese on top.
7. Return the stuffed potatoes to the oven for an additional 10-15 minutes, until the cheese is melted and golden.
8. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
