Description: A delicious combination of roasted salmon and rye burger patties, topped with fresh vegetables and homemade mayonnaise.

Preparation Time: 30 minutes

Serving Size: 4 sliders

Ingredients:

- 400 g salmon fillet
- 2 rye burger patties
- 1 dl mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 dl lettuce (e.g., iceberg lettuce)
- 4 slices of tomato
- 1 red onion, thinly sliced
- 4 small potatoes (for frying)
- Frying oil

Instructions:

1. Cut the salmon fillet into small cubes and season with salt and pepper.
2. Heat olive oil in a pan and cook the salmon cubes for about 5 minutes until cooked through. Add lemon juice and mix well.
3. Prepare the mayonnaise: mix mayonnaise and lemon juice together.
4. Cook the rye burger patties in the pan or on the grill.
5. Peel and cut the potatoes into strips. Fry the strips in hot oil until golden brown and crispy.
6. Assemble the sliders: place a rye burger patty, top with the salmon mixture, lettuce, tomato, and red onion. Add mayonnaise if desired.
7. Serve the sliders with the fried potatoes.
