A delicious mini chicken slider recipe perfect for gatherings! Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 400 g ground chicken
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 generous tsp Dijon mustard
- Black pepper to taste
- 2-3 grated garlic cloves
- A few tablespoons of chopped chives
- 2 tbsp oil
- Butter/oil for frying
- Arugula
- Tomato slices
- Parmesan shavings
- Mayonnaise
- Mini burger buns
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix ground chicken, egg, salt, Dijon mustard, black pepper, grated garlic, chopped chives, and oil until well combined.
2. Shape the mixture into small patties.
3. Fry the patties in butter or oil in a pan until browned on the outside.
4. Transfer the patties to a baking dish and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (400°F) for about 10 minutes, or until cooked through.
5. Assemble the mini burgers by filling the buns with arugula, sliced tomatoes, Parmesan shavings, and mayonnaise.
6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
