- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 200 ml chicken broth
- 100 ml white wine vinegar
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
1. Heat the olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium heat.

4. Pour in the chicken broth and white wine vinegar. Season with salt and pepper.
