A delicious Indian curry that combines spicy flavors with tender chicken, perfect for serving with rice or naan.
Preparation Time: 40 minutes
Serving Size: 4 servings

Ingredients:

- 500 g chicken breast, diced
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 fresh chili, chopped (to taste)
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 2 teaspoons garam masala
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 400 g crushed tomatoes
- 100 ml cream
- Salt to taste
- Fresh coriander for garnish

Instructions:

1. Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add chopped onion and sauté until golden brown.
2. Add crushed garlic, ginger, and fresh chili. Cook for a moment until fragrant.
3. Add the diced chicken to the pan and cook until nicely browned.
4. Stir in garam masala, turmeric, and chili powder. Cook for a few more minutes.
5. Pour in the crushed tomatoes and mix well. Let it simmer on low heat for about 15 minutes.
6. Add the cream and stir. Cook for another 5 minutes until the sauce thickens.
7. Season with salt and garnish with fresh coriander before serving.
