A delicious chicken dish with fresh vegetables and creamy sauce.

Ingredients:
- 500 g chicken breast fillets
- 2 medium tomatoes
- 1 red bell pepper
- 100 ml sour cream
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 onion
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
1. Peel and chop the onion, tomatoes, and bell pepper.
2. Heat the oil in a large frying pan and add the onion. Sauté the onion until it becomes soft.
3. Add the chicken breast fillets to the pan and cook until they are golden brown.
4. Stir in the chopped tomatoes and bell pepper. Mix well.
5. Pour the sour cream over the mixture and stir to combine. Season with salt and pepper.
6. Cover the pan and let the dish simmer for about 15-20 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through.
7. Serve warm, garnished with fresh parsley.
