Ingredients:
- 3 cucumbers or 6 field cucumbers - 2 onions
- 2 garlic cloves
- 3 dl Igori (Turkish yogurt)
- 2 bunches of fresh dill
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Wash and thinly slice the cucumbers. If using field cucumbers, peel them if desired. 2. Finely chop the onions and garlic cloves.
3. In a bowl, mix the yogurt, chopped onions, and garlic.
4. Add the cucumber slices and chopped dill to the mixture.
5. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix well.
6. Let the salad chill in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes before serving.
