Serving Size: 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 500 g chicken breast fillets - 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 200 g cherry tomatoes, halved
- 100 ml cream
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- Fresh basil leaves for garnish
Instructions:
1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add chopped onion and crushed garlic, sautéing until soft. 2. Add chicken breast fillets to the skillet and cook for about 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
3. Stir in the diced bell pepper and halved cherry tomatoes, cooking for a few more minutes.
4. Pour the cream into the skillet and season with paprika powder, salt, black pepper, and oregano. Mix well and let simmer on low heat for about 5 minutes.
5. Serve hot, garnished with fresh basil leaves.
