Ingredients
- 1 egg - 1 tablespoon water
- 3 dl Turkish yogurt (or quark/sour cream)
- 4 tablespoons oil
- 6 dl all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F). 2. In a bowl, crack the egg and add the water. Mix well.
3. Add the yogurt and oil to the egg mixture and stir until smooth.
4. In a separate bowl, combine the flour, salt, and baking powder.
5. Gradually add the flour mixture to the yogurt mixture, stirring until a dough forms.
6. Shape the dough into round rolls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
7. Bake the rolls in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
8. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
