Ingredients
Crust: - 2 dl potato flour
- 4 dl graham flour
- 1.5 tsp baking powder
- 2 dl cold water
- 2 dl oil
Filling:
- 200 g grated cheese (e.g., cheddar and mozzarella)
- 200 g ricotta or cream cheese
- 1 dl cream
- 2 eggs
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
1. Prepare the crust by mixing potato flour, graham flour, and baking powder in a large bowl. 2. Add cold water and oil, and mix until a smooth dough forms.
3. Press the dough into a greased pie dish, ensuring it covers the edges as well.
4. Pre-bake the crust in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 10 minutes.
5. Prepare the filling by mixing all filling ingredients in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
6. Pour the filling over the pre-baked crust and smooth the top.
7. Bake the pie in the oven for another 25-30 minutes, until the filling is set and the top is golden brown.
8. Let it cool for a moment before serving.
